• Professional – Designed for professional investors looking for robust research and analysis tools. A Professional subscription includes custom search filters, idea generation tools, portfolio monitoring, as well as advanced reporting features including regional and industry filtering. Subscribers can access real-time email alerts, the expanded Security Ownership Detail and our proprietary Insider Ratings. Also included is our Insider News & Analysis along with the ability to view source SEC filings. Professional users have access to the full historical depth of our data.
• Professional Plus – Includes all of the capabilities of our Professional subscription and adds access to our premium tools: the Equity Planner Service add-on and the Rule 10b5-1 Plan Explorer add-on. Professional Plus is indispensable for brokers with active Form 144 trading desks or Equity Services professionals who manage Rule 10b5-1 plans. The Equity Planner feature allows users to quickly resolve Issuer and Affiliate CIKs and view precalculated Rule 144 trading volume limits, while the Rule 10b5-1 Plan Explorer Add-on displays all publicly disclosed plan details including adoption and termination dates and shares transacted under the plan.
