As a convenient alternative to a data feed or maintaining your own database, our API uses open-standard technologies to empower seamless integration with your existing systems. Access up-to-the-minute data derived from ownership filings made with the SEC. Our API has many capabilities, including functions to find and verify filer CIKs, list transactions reported by filers on Form 4s in the last 90 days, and retrieve Form 144 and Form 4 historical transactions by company and/or filer. 

The API has been updated to also include The Washington Service’s proprietary system which connects filing individuals with their related filers. Since trusts, entities, and individuals (like spouses and children) are related to an insider, they are also subject to Section 16 filing regulations. Our system identifies these related insiders and links them with the primary filer, allowing for the retrieval of all relevant transactions and forms.
